If you’re looking for an easy meal that the whole family will love, look no further. As much as it pains me to admit, my children have become somewhat picky eaters over the past year, and they both LOVE this one. Double the recipe portions, and you’ve got yourself a crowd pleaser the next time you’re hosting dinner.

Ingredients:
-1lb ground Italian sausage
-1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
-2 cloves minced garlic
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1 can cream of mushroom
-1 cup shredded mozzarella
-1 15oz can diced tomatoes
-1/2 box uncooked penne pasta
-1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
-1 block diced sharp cheddar
Directions:
-Cook noodles according to directions on the package. Preheat oven to 350.
-In a large sauce pan, brown sausage with onion and garlic. Once cooked through, add oregano.
-Stir in mushroom soup until completely mixed through. Add tomatoes with juice, cooked noodles, Worcestershire sauce, and diced cheddar. Stir over medium low heat until the cheddar has melted completely and everything is mixed evenly.
-Pour into a small casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
