House Warming Gifts Under $40

Surely it must be because Jay and I just bought a house (still pinching myself), but I have home decor heavily on my mind. Whether it’s someone who has just moved, is getting married, has a birthday, has graduated college, or is headed to college, I’m sure you know someone who is celebrating an occasion that merits something on this list. Per usual, I’ve linked everything at the end of the post.

Address Embosser

Nothing says, “Welcome to your new home!” like a personalized address embosser. This gift is great for a friend who might be more of a traditionalist. I love the font on this one, and honestly can’t believe that it’s just $30.

“Art Record Covers. 40th Edition” Book by Francesco Spampinato & Julius Wiedemann

I love a good coffee table book, and I know that I’m not alone in that. Get a woman in her 20’s a coffee table book, and I promise you she’s a happy camper. Just make sure it’s one that fits her interests. Being a music person myself, I love this one on record covers. I also love that it’s just $25.

Llamas Porcelain Tray

Odds are, they are looking for lots of tchotchke to fill empty space and make the house feel more like a home. I love this funky Gray Malin llama catch all trey. It’s perfect for a foyer table at $39.99.

Prism Short Tumbler

Fun barware is always a safe option, and colored glass is obviously very big right now. I’m a sucker for green personally, but these beauties also come in lavender and pink. They are priced at just $12 each, so you could easily get a set of 2 or 3 and be in budget!

Moroccan Blue Napkin Holder & Napkins Gift Set

Whether more traditional, or on the trendy side, I feel like anyone can appreciate this gorgeous napkin holder with napkins set. This is great for your friend who loves to entertain. So so beautiful and just $37.

The best dessert ever. Stays well in fridge too. When she made it at my house, I always ate my share. Love you, Leigh.
