Ingredients:
1 head of garlic minced
6 russet potatoes peeled and quartered
1/3 cup butter
1.5 cup half and half
Garlic powder to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Add water and salt to large pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, add half and half, garlic, and butter to a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once potatoes are done, drain and place back in pot.
Little by little, add garlic mixture to potatoes while mashing, until you’ve reached your desired consistency. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
