I don’t know about y’all, but I personally LOVE seeing posts where women show different ways to style one article of clothing. Typically however, it’s something pretty plain, like a black cotton dress or a white button up. I decided to take a piece that stands out more – something that some people might have a harder time finding multiple ways of styling it. I’m typically a dress girl, but lately I have been loving a fun yet sophisticated pair of pants. Maybe I’m getting old. Idk. These adorable blue plaid pants that I found on sale for just $18.73 were perfect for styling multiple ways. I will show you how to take something fun like this from casual, to date night, to a bit more formal. Casual
This look is perfect for any daytime event, whether it be brunch, farmers market, etc. The white tee is a closet staple that everyone undoubtably has. I finished the look with my tried and true rattan flays.
Date Night
This look would be so fun for dinner with the hubby, a night time concert, etc. I love the silky top with these pants, because it makes the outfit more appropriate for colder temps. I thought the nude pumps worked well with it, because, well, they work with everything.
Formal
Finally, we take this top to a dinner event, church, etc. My favorite way to dress up every outfit is with a fun heel. The hot pink shoes add a whole other element to the pants. The fuzzy sweater is fun, yet elegant.
